This two-story home overlooks the tenth tee at Flinders Golf Club with views of the bay. 

The exterior is completely covered in Ironbark cladding, which has been left to naturally weather overtime to appear as silver cladding. The Ironbark cladding also runs inside throughout the main areas of the home with a warm red-grey look and feel. 

The outdoor living area is complete with an open fire and concrete benches with waterfall ends.
