Flinders Musk Creek Project

Architect: Noxon Architects
Photography: Shannon McGrath
Scope: New construction

The owners of this home in Flinders made the sea change from Melbourne to the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Constructed with impressive texture combinations and sustainable initiatives, it captures Northern sunlight to store and release the warmth into the house throughout the day.

Timber elements of twisted Cypress Dura roof beams, Silvertop Ash cladding coated in Black Ash cutek and secretly nailed Tasmanian Oak ceilings, combined with natural burnished concrete floor, make this home absolutely breathtaking.

The exterior is complete with stainless steel rigging wire, creating a frame for greenery to grow beside the house that complements both the location and design.
